Who handles the information

The website operator and data controller is “Medi Go” Ltd. (official Bulgarian name: “Меди Гоу” ООД), Bulgarian UIC 208795499, with registered office and management address at 3 Pavlovska St., floor 4, apt. 23, 1618 Sofia, Bulgaria. The service is presented under the trading name MediGo EMS.

Information we use

• name and telephone number for a callback;
• selected inquiry type: transport, event or callback;
• acknowledgement that you have read the privacy policy;
• technical records for request processing and security that providers may record, such as IP address and access time.

The form has no fields for health information, free text or file attachments. Our team discusses any additional information needed to arrange a service separately.

Purposes and legal bases

We use your name, phone number and inquiry type to make the callback you requested. For an inquiry about a future service, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For general correspondence, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an inquiry (Article 6(1)(f)). You may object to this processing.

The hosting provider may process access and security records to protect the website and ensure reliable operation. We do not use the form for marketing. Acknowledging the policy is not consent to processing medical documents.

Recipients and international routes

Access for responding to your inquiry is intended for the team arranging the service and the technical providers of the form, hosting and email.

The form uses FormSubmit to forward your name, telephone number, inquiry type and privacy acknowledgement to admin@medigoems.org. According to the provider documentation, submissions are kept in its archive for 30 days. This does not determine the retention period of separate email copies.

This form is not a channel for sharing medical information with healthcare facilities or international partners. If additional information is needed for a particular service, the team must first explain the arrangements for providing and processing it.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting, form and email providers may process data outside the EEA. Contact info@medigoems.org for information about applicable recipients and safeguards.

Retention, security and your rights

We keep information only for the time needed for the inquiry or service and for applicable accounting, contractual and statutory periods. We use organisational and technical measures to restrict access.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. To exercise your rights, contact info@medigoems.org. Do not send medical documents with your initial request.

Cookies and advertising

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, Google Ads or tracking technologies. There are no optional cookies requiring a consent banner. Any cookie preference saved by the previous version is removed when the page loads.
